Meet the Founder:

S. Vincent Grasso, DO, MSIS, MBA is a physician, health informaticist, healthcare technology executive, and systems architect with more than two decades of experience spanning clinical medicine, healthcare leadership, digital health, and enterprise technology.

Dr. Grasso founded M4 Salud to advance a physician-led model of community-based healthcare that integrates personalized medical care, coordinated support services, and thoughtfully applied technology to improve patient outcomes and help individuals remain healthier, safer, and more independent wherever they live. Through his work at Grasso & Co., LLC and its innovation studio, DLEV Studio, Dr. Grasso also leads the research, development, validation, and commercialization of new healthcare technologies designed to support the future of decentralized healthcare delivery.
